Who it's from, and how they sound

Cold email works best when it reads like a real person wrote it, not a brochure. So this is less about polished brand tone and more about the human it comes from.

Who is this coming from? The name and role of the person it should appear to be from.

How do they naturally write a one-to-one email? e.g. warm and casual, brief and direct, dry and confident. First-name or formal?
